Key Responsibilities
• Use data analysis tools and software to transform raw data into valuable business insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Develop and present reports to various business stakeholders.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and experience in methodologies for data management
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks), and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, specifically Azure and AWS
• Strong skills in Python and its data analytics libraries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for reporting technical data in a simple and understandable way

Preferred Qualifications
• Only candidates with a PhD Degree can apply
• Experience in data engineering, specifically building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
• Experience with machine learning models is a plus
• Certification in Data Analytics or a related field is a plus
