Cogent is seeking multiple Senior and Team Lead level Java software engineers for our client, a multibillion dollar healthcare conglomerate in the US that is setting up an India office in the Bengaluru area. Position Overview
Senior Full-Stack Developer position focused on building enterprise-level web applications using Java EE and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
Architect and implement full-stack web solutions using Java EE, incorporating front-end technologies, business logic, and integration systems while ensuring optimal performance and security.
Create responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, with emphasis on user experience and performance optimization.
Drive technical decisions through requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Maintain code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and adherence to development standards and security protocols.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.
