Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, clean, and analyze data related to employee training programs, feedback, completion rates, and other KPIs.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
• Present findings and insights in clear, actionable formats.
Dashboard Creation & Automation
• Develop dynamic dashboards in Excel to track learning metrics, trends, and employee performance.
• Use Power Query, Slicers, and VB Macro to streamline reporting processes.
• Create automated systems for regular reporting to reduce manual data handling.
Data Visualization (Power BI)
• Design and manage interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for in-depth data analysis.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create consolidated views of training effectiveness, program engagement, and improvement areas.
• Provide real-time insights through Power BI visualizations for L&D leadership and key stakeholders.
Advanced Excel Solutions
• Use advanced Excel functions (such as PivotTables, Dynamic Dashboards) to enhance data management and visualization.
• Implement macros for efficiency in repetitive data processing tasks.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel formulas and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration with L&D and HR Teams
• Work closely with L&D team members to understand data needs, assist with training assessments, and suggest improvements based on data.
• Provide training for L&D team members on the effective use of Excel and Power BI tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Learning & Development or HR data preferred.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Dynamic Dashboards, Power Query, Slicers, VB Macro).
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with HR or L&D data systems (e.g., LMS, HRIS).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools or programming languages like Python or R (optional).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
