Linux Fundamentals: From Zero to System Administrator

Learn Linux the practical way. This course takes you from a complete beginner to someone comfortable managing a real Linux server — covering the command line, file permissions, users and processes, shell scripting, networking, and everyday system administration tasks.

You’ll work hands-on in the terminal from the very first lesson, building the muscle memory and troubleshooting instincts that separate people who “know Linux” from people who can actually run a system with it.

3. Users, Permissions & Processes — accounts, ownership, monitoring, quiz
4. Shell Scripting — Bash fundamentals, variables, loops, automation with cron
5. Networking & System Administration — networking basics, package managers, systemd, final assessment

No prior experience required — just a willingness to type commands and break things (safely, in a VM) until they make sense.
