Return & Refund Policy

At Groot Academy, we provide online courses, professional training programs, workshops, and educational services. As our services primarily involve digital educational content, course access, training sessions, and other educational resources, all purchases made through Groot Academy are non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
All course fees, registration fees, training fees, workshop fees, and other payments made to Groot Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a student has enrolled in a course or training program and payment has been successfully completed, the payment cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Digital Course Access
Courses may provide immediate access to videos, study materials, assignments, projects, notes, and other digital resources.
Due to the nature of digital educational content, no refund will be provided after purchase, regardless of whether the student has accessed or used the course content.
3. Student’s Decision to Discontinue
If a student decides not to continue a course after enrollment, does not attend classes, stops participating, or is unable to complete the course, the paid amount will not be refunded.
Students are encouraged to review the course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and other relevant information before making a purchase.
4. Change of Course
Course enrollment fees are generally non-transferable to another course.
Any request to change a course, batch, schedule, or training program will be considered solely at the discretion of Groot Academy and is not guaranteed.
5. Technical Issues
If a student experiences a genuine technical problem preventing access to a purchased digital course, Groot Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access.
Technical support or restoration of access does not constitute a refund.
6. Classes, Workshops & Training Programs
Fees paid for classroom training, online training, workshops, seminars, live sessions, mentoring, or other educational programs are non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed.
Absence from scheduled classes or failure to attend a session does not create an entitlement to a refund.
7. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Groot Academy
If Groot Academy needs to cancel, reschedule, or modify a course, batch, class, workshop, trainer, or schedule, we may provide an alternative batch, rescheduled session, course access, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
Such changes do not automatically create a right to a monetary refund.
8. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a payment is accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact Groot Academy with the relevant transaction details.
Duplicate or erroneous transactions may be reviewed and resolved appropriately after verification.
9. Promotional & Discounted Courses
Courses purchased using discounts, promotional offers, coupons, bundles, or special pricing are also subject to this no-refund policy, unless Groot Academy expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase.
10. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact Groot Academy immediately with the relevant transaction information so that we can investigate the matter.
11. Policy Changes
Groot Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary.
The latest version published on grootacademy.com will apply to future purchases.
