Lead Data Analytics & Automation (HRIS)
Key Responsibilities:
1. 8+ years in data shared services, with at least 3 years of experience in setting up or transforming HR shared services functions.
2. Extensive experience in establishing and managing shared services operations, ideally within a multinational environment.
3. Deep knowledge of shared services processes, best practices, and emerging industry trends.
4. Proven track record of driving process enhancements and achieving operational efficiency.
5. Expertise in leading organizational change and successfully implementing transformation initiatives.
6. Strong project management capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
7. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
8. Preferred experience in areas like information strategy, data architecture, modernization, governance, management, operating models, and security, with a focus on innovation.
9. Familiarity with software and tools commonly used in shared services operations.
10. Proficiency in data retrieval (e.g., SQL, APIs) and data manipulation (e.g., Excel, Power Query).
11. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate or UiPath.
12. Knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems.
13. Competence in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
